Dennis Glaze | Founder, Midlife Crash & Burn — Rise from the Ashes
Dennis Glaze is the founder of Glaze Phoenix Industries, LLC, and creator of Midlife Crash & Burn — Rise from the Ashes and the Phoenix System.
With a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University and a master's degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia, Dennis combines his educational background with firsthand experience overcoming a devastating midlife collapse.
After losing his marriage, career, and nearly his home, Dennis began a difficult journey of personal reconstruction. That experience inspired the Phoenix System, a faith-grounded, research-informed approach to helping men confront identity collapse, rebuild their lives, and rediscover purpose.
Through books, educational resources, the Phoenix Brotherhood, and the Phoenix Forge Store, Dennis is building a movement dedicated to helping men rise from life's most difficult seasons.
No man rises from the ashes alone.
